In the event of re-evaluation and non-approval, the company will be removed from this list.
  • Applicants’ use of such support is subject solely to verification by the support-granting entity from the Secretariat of the Evaluation Working Group for Knowledge-Based Companies and confirmation by the said Secretariat. Otherwise, the relevant executive authority shall be responsible in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. The implementation of each support measure shall be carried out in accordance with the executive guidelines of the relevant authorities.
  • In the event that the company benefits from facilities and support measures related to approved companies under the permits stipulated in Article 11 of the “Law for the Support of Knowledge-Based Companies and Institutions and the Commercialization of Innovations and Inventions,” the relevant measures shall be taken accordingly.

With reference to Letter No. 10/01/1852/52/100 dated 2017/03/09 regarding the products manufactured by Fam Gostar Mahan Company, producer of FBE powder, please be informed that the company’s technical information and final approval have been reviewed by the Commercial Technical Committee for Qualification Assessment of the National Iranian Oil Company through the electronic system of the Ministry of Petroleum. Based on the attached documents and in compliance with the requirements of National Standard No. 21258-2, equivalent to ISO 21809-2:2014, the above-mentioned company has been approved as a manufacturer of two-layer Fusion Bonded Epoxy — FBE — powder coating and has been deemed eligible for use within the oil industry sector.

Therefore, in the event of ordering and purchasing the goods in accordance with the Tender Law, the necessary technical and quality evaluations may be carried out in compliance with the requirements of the IGS standards of the National Iranian Gas Company.

Therefore, the validity of the nanoscale approval for this product, under Code 48677, is extended for a period of four years from 2025/12/20.
